Welcome to CROPministries.org (the “Website”), operated by CROP Ministries, a dba of Priority Living Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization formed in California (“CROP Ministries,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Website, courses, community features, or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

IMPORTANT: These Services are designed for parents and legal guardians who will supervise and mentor their children (ages 11-16) through our faith-based educational content. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Services

CROP Ministries provides faith-based educational courses and resources designed to help parents mentor their children in Christian values and life skills. Our Services include:

Pre-recorded video courses and lessons
Live classes and coaching sessions
Downloadable educational materials (PDFs, guides)
Community forums and messaging features (Skool platform)
Monthly subscription memberships
One-time course purchases
Certificates of completion

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

Age Requirements

Adults Only: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
Parental Supervision Required: Content designed for minors (ages 11-16) must be accessed under direct parental supervision
No Minor Accounts: We do not allow individuals under 18 to create independent accounts

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms and Billing

Payment Methods

We accept payment through Stripe. We do not store credit card information; all payment data is processed securely by our payment processors.

Pricing and Billing

One-Time Purchases: Payment due in full at time of purchase
Monthly Subscriptions: Automatically renew monthly on the same calendar date
Live Events: Payment due at time of registration
Free Trials: May be offered for limited time periods with automatic conversion to paid subscriptions

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: By agreeing to a subscription service, you agree that your subscription will continue until you cancel it. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. You must cancel before your next billing date to avoid charges for the next billing period.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Purchased Units/Courses

No refunds on digital course content as materials are delivered immediately upon purchase
Access to purchased content is granted for the lifetime of the account

Monthly Subscriptions

Cancel anytime through your account settings
No prorated refunds for unused days in the current billing month
Access continues through the end of the current billing period
Automatic renewal can be disabled in account settings

Live Events

Full refund less 5% processing fee if cancelled 24 hours before the event start time
No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event
Event recordings may be provided at our discretion

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Our Content

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and other content are the exclusive property of CROP Ministries and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Access and use purchased course content for personal, non-commercial use
Download materials for offline use in connection with your purchased courses
Use content solely for the purpose of mentoring your own children

Restrictions

You may NOT:

Redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content
Share login credentials or course access with others outside your immediate family
Create derivative works or modify our content
Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

User-Generated Content

By posting content in our community forums or submitting materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with our Services.

7. Community Guidelines and Acceptable Use

Community Standards

Our community features are designed to foster positive, faith-based discussions among parents. You agree to:

Treat all community members with respect and kindness
Keep discussions focused on faith, family, and educational topics
Refrain from posting inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
Respect the privacy and safety of all community members

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Post content that violates any law or regulation
Engage in harassment, bullying, or discrimination
Share personal contact information publicly
Attempt to solicit business or promote non-related services
Post content that conflicts with our Statement of Faith
Upload malicious software or engage in hacking attempts

Adult-Only Features

Community messaging and forum features are restricted to verified adult account holders only.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Children’s Privacy: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All interactions with content designed for minors must be supervised by parents or legal guardians.

9. Faith-Based Content and Educational Disclaimers

Statement of Faith

Our content is based on Christian biblical principles as outlined in our Statement of Faith. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept our faith-based perspective.

Educational Disclaimer

Our courses are designed for educational and spiritual growth purposes only

Results and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances
We encourage seeking professional help when appropriate

No Guarantees

We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, spiritual growth, or family improvements resulting from use of our Services.

10. Live Events and Recording Policy

Participation

Live events may be recorded for educational purposes
By participating, you consent to being recorded unless you disable video/audio
Recordings may be made available to other participants or used for promotional purposes
You may not record live events without explicit written permission

Technical Requirements

You are responsible for having appropriate internet connection and technology to participate in live events.

11. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account settings. Termination does not entitle you to refunds except as specified in our Refund Policy.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you:

Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Cause harm to other users or our Services
Fail to pay required fees

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your access to Services will cease immediately
You must cease all use of our content and materials
Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability survive termination

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Services Provided “As Is”

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CROP MINISTRIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including technical difficulties, natural disasters, or government actions.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kootenai County, Idaho.

Arbitration Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY – IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

You and CROP Ministries agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Arbitration Procedures

Arbitration shall take place in Hayden, Idaho, or via video conference
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding
Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys’ fees
Small claims court actions (under $5,000) may proceed in court rather than arbitration

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND CROP MINISTRIES AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and CROP Ministries.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting revised terms on our Website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
